Katie grew up in Indiana, PA, and lives here now with her husband, children and dogs. She is a licensed Title Insurance Agent in the state of Pennsylvania and has assisted clients in real estate transactions since 2013.
Katie's favorite part of a real estate transaction is getting to know new people as she helps them buy, sell and refinance real estate.
Chris has broad experience with real estate transactions and title issues and has helped clients in those matters since 2013. He works hard to keep those he is helping updated and engaged throughout the process.
Chris and his wife, Jeanine, are natives and current residents of Saltsburg, PA, where they live with their two kids.
Erin has been handling both commercial and residential real estate transactions for the past 13 years and focuses on providing a smooth client experience. She has assisted clients ranging from new real estate owners to developers acquiring investment property.
Erin grew up in Indiana and resides here with her husband and two daughters.
A large portion of Monte's practice is dedicated to representing clients in the purchase, sale or refinance of residential and commercial properties, including construction loans, investment property, foreclosure and tax sales, short sales and bank-owned transactions. He has extensive experience searching title, resolving defects or clouds on title, and filing quiet title actions when necessary.
Monte works closely with real estate agents, banks and mortgage lenders and is committed to a smooth closing for all parties. A Blairsville native and Cooley Law School graduate, he lives in Indiana with his wife, Maureen, and their two daughters.
Paul has practiced law in Indiana County for more than 40 years, with a practice that includes real estate, estate planning and administration, business law and personal injury. He has handled numerous matters before the Court of Common Pleas of Indiana and Westmoreland Counties and the appellate courts of Pennsylvania.
A graduate of Princeton University and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Paul is a native of Blairsville, PA, and has served the community in many roles over his career.
